Today’s Angel Card Word of the Day is “Integrity” reminding us to act alongside our values and commitments. Having integrity in your spirituality and spiritual work is key. Reiki is energy work, similar to chronic healing, which involves moving energy as energy cannot be created or destroyed. But, that energy can be transferred to another purpose. Reiki is used in many fields and heals on all levels: body, mind, & spirit. the energy does not come from the person doing the Reiki but through them. When looking for any spiritual practitioner, check their credentials as you would for any practitioner. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, the more you know the more the neurosystem can receive. Sometimes energy work involves “cleaning” of the chakras to allow them to work properly. If you’re looking to heal, you have to be able to receive it.
